Adventure Club: Birds & Winter Survival
Date: Monday, 7th Oct
Time: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Scarisbrick Guide CampJoin us for a fun-filled day at Adventure Club! This nature-based activity club is designed for children aged 6+ and this week will be focused on birds. We’ll be learning all about migration, habitats, and how we can help our feathered friends through the winter months.
What to Expect:
Bird Spotting: Explore the beautiful woodland and fields as we spot birds in their natural habitat.
Bird Crafting: Forage for materials to create models of your favorite birds.
Make Bird Feeders: Help local wildlife by crafting bird feeders for winter.
Folklore Stories: Gather around the fire to hear magical bird folklore tales.
Hot Chocolate: Warm up with some delicious hot chocolate!
Parents: Please ensure your child brings weather-appropriate clothing and a packed lunch. We’ll be outdoors all day, so dress for the elements!
